🌸 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your haul! We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact us at shopkawaiichaos1@gmail.com to request your return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on where to send your package.

3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
