Thanks for shopping at Shop Kawaii Chaos! If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted out quickly.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange. Because our inventory moves fast, any return requests made after this 7-day period cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (including any protective plastic wrap, tags, or boxes).

  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Squishy toys and tactile items that have been opened or removed from their original seals.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at shopkawaiichaos1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. (If an item arrived damaged, please attach a clear photo).

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
