How long does shipping take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
Do you provide tracking? Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If your package hasn't arrived after 45 days, please reach out to us.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, our Anime Figures are exclusively available for delivery within the US. However, our Fashion, Accessories, and Decor items can be shipped to multiple regions!

What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return policy for unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging. Please email us to start a return before sending items back.
Can I cancel or change my order? Because we process orders quickly, please email us within 2 hours of purchase if you need to make any changes or cancel an order.
